Henry Mouse Skiing

Henry Mouse Skiing

I LOVE this little Henry Mouse !!! I made this card a long time ago but never posted it so thought I’d put him on here & share him. Such a simple card but I just love that silly grin on his little face. I used a Swiss Dots Cuttlebug folder for the background & then matted him on Real Red cardstock from SU.  I believe the edge punch is a Martha Stewart punch & the ribbon is from SU. I used Flower Soft on his hat & for the snow.
I'm entering him in these challenges
Moving along with the times Card for a child

  10. Adorable, Janie! Such a cute image and I love your simple but beautiful layout, and the punched border! Hugs Delphine PS: As for your question, I start with my darkest colour, finish with the lightest without blending too much. Then I start again with the darkest to "deepen the contrast", then lighter and lighter, and I do not colour in circles, but give brush strokes, following what should be the direction of the hair... Hope you see what I mean:-)!
