Tilda’s Doohickeys With Hidden Messages

 P1010744
For my card today I'm making an Easel card using something a little different.
How many of us have been getting those wonderful Magnolia stamps & throwing away the wrappers they come in ?
Well I finally decided they were just too wonderful to get tossed away or recycled so I started playing with them & this is what I came up with …. Flowers & tags all created from those beautiful packages that are probably getting tossed in the trash !!!

I also used some little strips of the package to make the mat on the front of my card. I was thinking “Boy I NEED to order some more stamps & Doohickeys so I have more paper to play with” .
P1010728 Those amazing Doohickeys come on some great little papers that are a little larger than the stamp papers so I made some fun embellishments out of them. I cut one of the tags out of white cardstock & put in on the inside then decided to make a “hidden message” so cut out another one using the packaging from the Doohickey die & hinged it with a brad for a little sentiment …P1010719
Here’s a close-up of the cute little flower I made using another Doohickey petals die from the paper it came on ….
P1010709
I just started punching & die cutting flowers from different parts of the front as well as the back & even tho the papers didn’t cost anything , I think they are some of the most incredible flowers I’ve made  …  Thanks Magnolia for not only making us these amazing stamps & dies but also for these most beautiful papers !!!P1010730
Copic colors used for this sweet little Tilda are
Skin E000-E00-R11
Hair E13-E15-E18
Dress RV10-R81-R83

Stamps: Tilda (not sure of her name as I had to borrow that stamp from my good friend Ruth Ann) If one of us doesn’t have it the other one usually does …

Sentiment from PTI

Punches:  EK Success Retro in 3 sizes

Martha Stewart grass punch with bunnies

MS Branch punch

Sizzix Branch with leaves die

Doohickeys : Lovely Fence, Vintage Lace Tag, Peony Petals & that wonderful packaging :)  …

I’ve entered this card into several challenges  Stamp Something …The challenge is punches …
