Let it Snow

I know we’re all ready for some spring weather but wanted to share a Christmas card I made but never sent … I’m good at that, just ask my daughters or my friends !!!

I wish I could say I colored this little cutie but it’s a precolored LOTV image I won in a set from the ever so sweet & generous Bev Rochester … This lady is amazing & if you aren’t already following her you should treat yourself to a visit to her blog .. I used some wonderful Christmas paper I have been saving as it was too pretty to cut into. Anyone else ever do that !!! Added some stickles, matted it & popped it up on foam tape on top of a beautiful snowflake I cut in half so it was poking out both sides cuz it was too pretty to hide.

The flowers are WOC & always make a quick easy embellishment for any card. The pretty dotted ribbon was a gift from Sharon who felt sorry for me when she heard I was searching every where for it. The tiny cones were gathered on my walk … I love FINDING cool things to add to my cards. You never know what I might use …

I dipped he flowers in some chunky Twinklets for a little BLING !!!

The inside is decorated with a couple of my favorite Cheery Lynn dies & a Doily die I got from Darlene at Dutch Paper Crafts. She has wonderful fast service & is one of the nicest ladies to deal with.

Thanks for stopping by to see what makes me happy !!!

Hugs, Janie

  21. Beautiful card. Can you please tell me how you get the die to work so great? I have problems with mine not cutting all the lines out nicely. How are you sandwiching it in your diecutting machine and which machine are you using? This is a beautiful LOTV image and the blue and white is stunning. Hugs, Gail

  23. I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting my own blog and was curious what all is needed to get setup? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a
pretty penny? I'm not very internet smart so I'm not 100% certain.
Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all site owners and bloggers made good content as
you did, the net will be much more
