I am one of those ladies that has more supplies than most craft shops and still think I NEED more. I spend my time looking at all the wonderful cards everyone else makes & then wonder why I have no time to create my own ...
These are some of the most amazing, giving women who have shared their time & knowledge with me since I've started my blog ... I'd love it if you'd check out the wonderful things they create & add them to your list of great blogs to follow ...
There are several others who have gone above & beyond to help a "stranger" ... I'll add those later.
Ruth Ann Hunter My very good friend who shares my love for the sweet Tilda & Edwin images. I showed her a few cards I made with them & now she is as "hooked" as I am. I finally talked her into starting a blog so all of us can see the amazing cards she makes & once in awhile she shows off a beautiful handmade quilt or bag. She's a lady of many talents & made me the cutest tote bag with a darling little TILDA on it.
Patty Chapman my newest friend who inspires me to be a better card maker as she can color like a pro & makes me smile with her sense of humor.
Anne Forrest who lives across the pond & among other things showed me how to add the little thumbnails on my blog when I commented how I liked hers. She makes the most beautiful cards & is always happy to help me find things in the UK that I have trouble locating here.
Sharon Caudle was the 1st lady I ever made a comment on about her beautiful cards. They looked like something out of a fairy tale. I met her in Reno & she gave me my 1st introduction into the wonderful world of Copics & Tildas. I had more money before I met her (big smile) but I never had a more giving friend ... She's always there to help with my blog problems. Thank you Sharon ...
Bev Rochester a wonderful lady from the UK who makes GORGEOUS cards & who has been a great source of information for me since I began my blog. She is always only an e-mail away for any question I ask be it how to do something or where to buy that wonderful new stamp, flower or lace she used on her last card ...
Gloria Dawson doesn't just MAKE wonderful cards to be making them, she actually makes them for her friends & family. She also makes little clay sculptures to match. She has given me tips on making her wonderful hand made flowers but mine still never come close to hers.
Pam Sparks I call her my favorite "Enabler" because she not only makes the cutest cards but always uses something new that I just HAVE to have.
Patti Jo Skogquist This lady makes THE most amazing flowers from a punch & a piece of paper ... I saw them on a card & e-mailed her about them. She sent me a beautiful card with the flowers I loved on it & the little sticks she uses to curl the petals. I now have more punches than Michael's but my flowers will never have her magic touch.
Cami Mayeda lives in Hawaii & has been so wonderful to send me images of some of her wonderful stamps I've commented on. She's always so kind in her comments & is truly a very talented card maker ...
Shirley N also lives in Hawaii & makes some of the most georgeous cards out there. She's been an inspiration to me with not only her great card designs but also her always postive & uplifing personality.
